WHAT DO WE DO?

3D LARGE FORMAT

One of the standout qualities of this equipment is its remarkable capability to produce prints in large sizes and add impressive speeds. Here are the essential features of our machine:

  • Printing Volume: 1.80m in height, 1.40m in width, and 1.10m in depth.
  • The printing speed depends on the complexity of the design. For example, a cylinder with a diameter of 1.00m can be printed at a speed of 35cm per hour along the vertical axis (Z-axis).
  • Wall Thickness: 1.3mm (normal quality), 1.0mm (high quality), and 0.8mm (high resolution).
  • It uses Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology, which utilizes UV-curable gel resin.
  • The machine has a dual head, allowing the simultaneous printing of two elements that can be identical or different. It is possible to print with additional metal reinforcements or other rigid materials to provide enhanced structural strength to the printed object.

With these capabilities, objects can be printed in one piece or in multiple parts depending on the complexity. It is also possible to print separate parts and then assemble or join them together to create objects even larger than the dimensions of the printer. This type of printing process is particularly useful for producing functional prototypes, full-scale volumetric replicas, scenography elements, and large props that require further finishing.

3D FILAMENTS

The FDM printing process is the most popular and has rapidly evolved in the last 3 to 4 years, becoming the most affordable and versatile in the market. We have 6 state-of-the-art printers with the following features:

  • Printing Volume: 250mm in diameter and 400mm in height.
  • The maximum printing speed we can offer is 400mm/s and it directly depends on the complexity of the designed piece.
  • Layer Height: 0.05 to 0.3mm.
  • We use various materials depending on the intended use of each piece: PLA, PET, ABS, TPU, Carbon Fiber.

Our main strength in this process is our speed and installed capacity, which makes us highly sought after for rapid prototyping in product design and development.

3D RESINS

The SLA (Stereolithography) printing process is achieved by exposing photosensitive resins to UV light.

We have 2 state-of-the-art printers with the following features:

  • Printing Volume: 197mm (width) x 122mm (depth) x 245mm (height).
  • The maximum printing speed we can offer is 60mm/h, and it directly depends on the complexity of the designed piece.
  • Layer Height: 0.01 to 0.15mm (6K resolution).
  • We use various materials depending on the intended use of each piece: Water-based UV resins, organic resins, or technical resins.

For decorative elements or highly detailed parts, this is the best option, as it allows for printing translucent and even transparent pieces with smooth surfaces.
